Conflict Resolution in the Boardroom
Led by Sala Sihombing, this interactive session explores the behaviours and capabilities that enable directors to navigate conflict constructively and contribute more effectively in the boardroom. Drawing on practical experience, Sala will examine how cognitive biases, emotional regulation and communication influence board effectiveness, equipping participants with practical approaches to managing conflict, challenging constructively and adapting to different board cultures to support stronger board performance.
